Wouldnt worry about Opus, wouldnt be suprised if they go silent.

I havent had an ackowledgement for my CCA request in months, and havent paid in months either, not a single letter from them.

I've just received a letter on behalf of 1st Credit (finance) 3 Ltd from their 'solicitors' & apparently I entered into a written agreement with CC Asset Management Ltd ("the Creditor") to pay the monies resulting from the agreement..They have put the wrong agreement number on the letter for starters!!!!Is that relevant???
Shall I send the Solicitors a CCA request or just ignore their request?

I'm trying to get my head round who owns this debt....

The last letter I received was from Moon Beever Solicitors who are working on behalf of 1st Crud. 1st Crud are the Legal owner of this debt following assignment from CC Asset Management (CCAM). And Connaught Collections according the bumf in the footer are the Trading 'style' of 1st Crud.

Should I have addressed the CCA directly to 1st Crud, their Solicitors, or their Trading 'stylists' OR CC Asset Management Limited AKA The Creditor, Whom I have no headed information from.!!!!!!
