        goes on to say about an application made to the court, future credit will be affected, this account may continue to worry me.

          Hi S2m

          From your post #1473 it doesn't look as if you have sent a SWID letter to Lowell. If you haven't, then perhaps send one to Red, which should buy a bit of time while it gets referred back.

            I can't find the template for overdrafts been looking and even when i put it in the search engine it can't find it and my laptop doesn't have it saved and the main pc has crashed with everything on it

                          Actually, I'm not sure that there is a SWID template for overdraft accounts. I'm now thinking that as Lowell have bought the account recently, the way to go might be to send them a fresh Bank Accounts - CCA Request (Part 1)
                          letter, possibly edited in this case, to reflect that the annual statements etc should have been sent by the original creditor, rather than Lowell.

                          See what Site Admin thinks. ( Also perhaps some thought could be given to whether there is a need for a suitable alternative to the standard SWID letter, specific to overdraft accounts.)

                            thanks i think there used to be one , but there isn't one there now as you can see the difficulty i have been having lol .

                              I think you use the standard SWID letter as it is the account that has been sold on to the DCA you just remove any part that says Credit card/loan
