    That's a bit like asking how long is a piece of string, because every individual is different. In my own case I was giving the Chief Executive of Crappy One a literary bashing and reporting them to the Fobbing Off Service long before I ever heard of a consumer help website. The only time these cretins would scare me is if we ended up on the same side.

    In Scotland you should be chilled all the time. Mind you, it is not exactly roasting down here. I blame people who have holidays in the Southern Hemisphere who make the gods think it is natural to have winter in the middle months of the year.

    Hi Pixie, I did panic I thought I was going to faint , came right on to the forum asking for help which was promptly given, I'm so grateful to everyone.Can I ask how long does it take to get "brave?" you always sound so assuredxxx

    Thanks for advice Jon And Nanna,I find it hard to chill ,BUT I will learn . I do detect that you pair are just as panicky as me ,but at least you have managed to keep your sense of humour xxxx

    Aw thank you all for your support very much appreciated ,I think I did over panic as soon as I read the letter I said to myself " I need to go to AAD ""!!!I find it hard to chill but I did feel lots better after I posted yesterday, as you guys are quick with advice and support ,,once again thank you xx

    we've got a sainsbury's card, it's UE
    it's been through around 5/6 DCAs and I think they all threatened court, Blair Oliver and Scott were ages ago, chill..................

    sometime inbetween all thses DCAs, sainsbury's wrote admitting it was UE, eh we did tell you you numpties!!
    so definitely chill

    Most people "crumble" when they get letters like that,
    Thats how the DCA's make their money, scaring people.

    Thanks Scabhunter and Niddy, I am panicking I know but everything was quiet then this ,I'm such a wimp when they start threatening me with courts etc i crumble!!!!I I will send the letter out to them as soon as possible. I knew if I came on here and asked for support I would receive it ,feel much better already ,thanks guys xx

    Firstly, read the post above yours for reassurance!

    The Sainsbury's one is the one Niddy deemed to be UE, isn't it? In that case, I'd think you'd send the "Threat by creditor to start legal action" template, but wait for NID or I2D.
