Thanks Elsa and MrsD for your support.

Re: Starting out
Keep your chin up Sosad, you're doing fine
I have an £8K debt which has reached Statute Barred on the basis of 1 set of missing T&C's.
Sometimes I think they put you in a big cupboard marked "Too much hassle" and forget about you!

Re: Starting out
just be assured we won't abandon you
they had a good chance to take you to court with this, and they didn't so that says they are not too confident in their paperwork
and they seem to be missing a T&Cs which is often where these numpties fall down
get the letter off and stick with it, any hint of court we'll deal, but I would blag a wee bit longer
and don't worry

Re: Starting out
hi and thanks to all of you for your input
SXGuy, Niddy deemed this account unenforceable at the start of my journey ,he later deemed it enforceable .not a problem just not so brave as I would have been had it been unenforceable { psychological } !!!!
I will send the MPTerms letter as you all think this is the way to go.
MrsD I keep panicking and think the answer to it all is to give in to these creditors .
I cant thank you all enough for the help and support you have given me ,much appreciated.

not there yet Sosad
I would pop off the missing PTs and see what happens, we're dribbling on towards SB all the time here and they don't appear to be too confident in their paperwork so far, so putting another wee doubt in their minds is worth doing.

Re: Starting out
I would say, If it is the same stuff you have had before then send the MPT again as Mrs D suggested ,
all the best for a better New Year NW xx

Re: Starting out
So you received exactly the same stuff. Which Niddy deemed unenforceable, therefore send the missing PT's letter
