    26/04/12 - Letter received from 'Aktiv Kapital', dated 118/04/12. They have bought the debt from Experto.

    Letter from Experto Credite: Supplied documentation as requested.
    Details of letter:

    Further to your request for documents under Section 78 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974.

    Please find enclosed the documentation as appropriate.

    Consider that these documents to satisfy our obligation under section 78 and now deem this matter to be enforceable.

    We require payment in full within 10 days of the date of this letter, failing which we will have no option but to consider this account for further action.

    Going to try and scan and upload for Niddy. They have my signature and it is dated.....Not looking to good is it?

    You can send by normal post but get a proof of posting(free).

    24/04/2012. 2nd letter from RMA Resolve. Received 7 days after the date on their letter.
    2nd letter received from RMA - One day after the 1st letter. (Really Annoyed).

    Contents below:

    Due to account now failing to meet the required criteria, we are forced to review our position.

    It is with regret that we write to give you notice that the account is to be closed out of our financial difficulties programme and referred back to our client for further action.

    Due to the lack of co-operation we have received to date, we have little choice other than to strongly recommend they take immediate legal action to recover their loss, as our exhaustive attempts to broker a vouluntary repayment plan have failed.

    Only way to prevent this is to telephone us on XXXXXXXX.
