    Thanks.

Wouldn't that mean speaking to them though?

      Re: Snudgerchops UE Diary.

No, you can write to them and quote the RMA Resolve reference number that you were given on the phone and tell them to change the number on their records to the free phone number for DCA's. Then when they keep calling they don't annoy you, you can have a record of all RMA Resolve calls (and anyother DCA's you give it to) and if it gets too many you have a good record for a debt collector harassment claim.
When you have nothing you have nothing to lose

Due to account now failing to meet the required criteria, we are forced to review our position.

It is with regret that we write to give you notice that the account is to be closed out of our financial difficulties programme and referred back to our client for further action.

Due to the lack of co-operation we have received to date, we have little choice other than to strongly recommend they take immediate legal action to recover their loss, as our exhaustive attempts to broker a vouluntary repayment plan have failed.

Only way to prevent this is to telephone us on XXXXXXXX.

                What a shower of

Should I reply or just ignore it?

                Thanks as always.

CCA request sent by recorded delivery to Experto Credite. 03/03/2012.
Letter from Experto Credite, dated 5th March 2012, received 7th March. They have requested the information from MBNA. Full details of the letter can be seen by clicking the link in my first post above.

26/04/12 - Letter received from 'Aktiv Kapital', dated 118/04/12. They have bought the debt from Experto.
Aktiv Kapital have bought the debt. Letter states that they have been advised that I already have a payment plan in place - (I don't) and that I should continue to pay Experto.

They have requested that Experto continue to manage my account. What?

Aktiv is now the data controller....blah blah blah.

I'm guessing I should just ignore this. Yes?

                      Thanks as always to all.
