so was mine, and had a signature - but is UE. As everyone says, never judge the book by its cover, as each applicant is different.

There is Some information that may be of any help in the meantime, whilst Niddy or someone replies with more information.

It looks good from where I'm sitting, i.e. good for you cos it's

This is an old style flyer type and the PT's are quite bad at the best of times, with these they're a joke!

What did I tell you snudgerchops!!

The fact that the cca is signed and dated doesn't mean a thing if the PTs aren't up to scratch.

It's just that I've been where you are now...thinking everything was coming back enforceable, panicking with every dca threat...scared that bully boys were going to turn up at my door...

From experience (and with the support on here), I now know differently.

                              Anyway, on it being

Letter from Mercers. Have served default notice. This is what I wanted so should I just ignore This for now? Barclaycard have never sent me a copy of my CCA?

Also received a statement from Barclaycard - they are whacking on the interest. Should I also just ignore this?
