    UE

    Hi, can I ask a quick probably basic question before I stop paying - I have a so called copy of my original CCA from a catalogue company. It's pre 2007 and has my new address on it, not the original address....am I right in thinking that makes it UE (not signed either)or am I missing something really obvious??

    not as easy at that! Don't just stop paying, follow the processes as outlined throughout the diaries and then send me the CCA and i'll clarify if it's enforceable or not for you.
    I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website. I am extremely busy so if you do contact me or need a reply to a forum post then use the email or PM features offered because I do miss things and get tied up for days at a time!
