    ...and if on the back of a defective DN, the Bank has then sold the terminated agreement to an unlicensed DCA...where does that leave everybody ?

        an unlicenced DCA cannot recover a regulated debt until they are licenced

          Selling on won't change things. If the DN was bad it remains so.

                Are you sure dlc is an unlicensed DCA? Have you checked on the OFT website recently? The last time I did they were kosher

                    Only temporarily as far as I'm aware having received a SD from them which Paul swiftly batted away It's all about the licence dates.

                          DLC and hillesdon are one and the same, however they do pick and chose the letterheads they use when communicating, and sometimes they even send out letters saying the debt has been passed from one to the other, which is quite laughable.
