    Ferratum CCA - Enforceable?

    Hey guys,

    Can someone tell me if this CCA is enforceable?

    On opening the account I was advised the credit limit was only £100, however they've provided me with a CCA for £500.

    is that dated the 1st of April this year?

      It is, NW. It's not actually my CCA, it's my friends but he doesn't want to post here and asked if I minded. (I'd never be accepted for a credit account now, lol, nor would I bloody want one)
