      A couple of them are (Intrum - for the Tesco debt) and PRA group for the NatWest debts.

        I've got 2 o/s allegedd debts (one due to be SB next year and 1 in 2028) - My reading of the template letters is that you respond to their communication once you are sure (6 years + 1 month) that the debts are SB. But that assumes that they are still making regular contact.

        As Ken Dodd said after he won his battle with HMRC... "they said they'd keep in touch".

          That's my understanding too. I reached SB a few months ago after I stopped paying StepChange in March 2020. I get the odd text from Lowell about two of the alleged debts and my plan is to send them an SB letter if they ever send anything physical.
