Hi

Don't footer with the templates, they are quite carefully crafted, so just send as is.

Niddy means that you should send a copy to the prescribed terms letter you are sending to HL legal as well, just photocopy your original letter and do a a new letter to HL legal with the wording that Niddy has given you.

Silly question

Just send what I suggested above, you'll be fine - never ever do their jobs for them and tell them where they went wrong, or guess what? They'll remedy it and leave you liable

another silly question do i also have to send the PT to sainburys, or is it just capquest and HL, sorry just noticed it as you mention in the paragraph,

"Further to your letter of 6th September, please find attached my response to Sainsburys attempt at satisfying my s.77 request. Please cease, with immediate effect, your unlawful threats when you know full well this account is in dispute with not only the original creditor, but also your sister company CapQuest. If your continued abuse of process continues then I shall report you to the SRA and CapQuest to the OFT. Please speak to each other before trying to act clever - it does not do you any favours and I will use this abuse against you should you decide on court action"

I've got another CCA letter back, also one from sainsbury demanding paymant i will get over to you tomorrow after work.

You send the missing PT's to capquest and a then take the text above and send it with a copy of what you send capquest (ie the missing PT's template) to HL legal.

I used the wrong name. Forget sainsburys right now, it's capquest handling things.

Just make sure you don't engage them. If the numbers are excessive, you can send a telephone harassment template, change your number or even get a trueCall, but don't worry about that for now.

and letters.

It is important to stay on top of these. I've looked back through your thread, and I see you've got dealings with Brian “Brain Farter” Carter. He has the charm of a rattlesnake and morals lower than its belly, and will often issue court papers to try and get judgment in default. He splits claims (illegal), and also deliberately sends court papers to the wrong address. It is extremely important to let this snake know that you are aware of the law and will not be an easy target.

The same applies to Lewis Group, which is Coward Hohen. They are the most litigious of all the vermin we have to deal with, and send out court claims on just about anything on the basis that many people even with valid defences will not know their rights. It is a numbers game, they are quite prepared to have to discontinue a few claims if they can get judgments on others which would have been fully defendable if only the defendants had known their rights. They must be made to realise that you are not an easy touch.

Is it getting more serious, as in “Letter Before Action”, or just more threatening, as in “we will put a charging order on the home you don't own, attach your earnings even though we have no judgment, put you in the debtor's prisons which were abolished centuries ago, and even call you a naughty boy if you don't send us a donation”?

Dude chill. These are basic threats. The very start - its far from scary!

You need to read the diaries and see how others react to some serious threats and how we respond.... You'll then chill a bit.

Nothing to worry about. Ignore them all bar what I asked you.
