Just to add ive had letter from other companies saying they are going to visit me, is it worth sending them a copy now?

Evening all,
Thought id check in with a little update, some of you may remember me! its been a while what a journey!!!
Firstly alot has calmed down, apart from the odd letter and phone call which is great i can finally get things back to normal!
Saying that do these debts just naturally die away or should i just be gad im not getting pestered.
However there is a persist one, a debt collector/ solicitor who is representing my MBNA - Virgin account under the name of Arrow Global.
Looking at my records ive sent a CCA request when the debt was with another collector and according to my records i never got anything, shall i start the process of with a CCA request?
Also bit of a long shot i desperately require my credit file to be cleaned up as i want to work towards a mortgage, need a little road map into achieving as i know there is no quick fix this as im no expert into these matters and im just learning as im going along.

If you have sent a CCA request in the last months, just refer them back to that request that has not been dealt with.Comment

hi guys,
ive had 1st credit jump on to my halifax account.
ive previously requested a cca which they sent me.
Today i got a letter to say they instructed a agent to come out and see me.
im going to fire them Harassment Threat of Doorstep-Visit - allaboutDEBT UK, however this link does not work.

cheers, is this o.k to send the harassment standalone or should i also contest the CCA i've previously received through another debt collector regarding the same account.

If it were me, id just send that letter as its a direct response to theirs, save any arguing of the CCA until its needed. Keeps the communication going, and the length of time without paying abit longer in your favour
