It depends what you mean about over, knowing if it is UE will hopefully be sooner, getting them all cleared will take longer.

As for chasing up, I am not sure what you mean. Are their more debts?
If not just respond when they write to you, come back here and tell us what they say and respond accordingly

also thanks for all ur help so far, although the process has just started feel alot better today after getting the letter out to them.

i know its early days but do you think in the next few years getting a morgage is possible?

Hi Everyone,
Been quite for a few weeks once i sent the CCA off right I’ve got an update.


(Ref to CapQuest) Sainburys Bank has a sent a letter to me saying that they comply with the CCA and provided me with a electronic copy of the original agreement with my signature on it. Followed by a letter today from HL Legal Solicitors on behalf of Caquest insisting that i owe them the full £3500 as I’ve broken my monthly agreement of £11.

Any help with this?
I’ve also had a copy of my agreement from Capital one unsure which debt collector this belongs to I’ll await further correspondence on this.

Also had acknowledgment letter from the rest saying they have received my request. Apart from the Lewis group who has me to contact them urgently. (They don’t have my new number lol).

now i have not, i cant send them today i will get round to my mates who has a scanner, failing that i'll go and buy one.

Hi there,

Bought a scanner today £40 not bad deal was reduced from £99.
Anyhow ive emailed all the agreements over, its over two emails as the files were a bit large for my email account to handle.

any probs please give me a shout.

Sainsuburys - the PT's are not relevant to the account so I would be sending this back to CrapQuest ---> Our Templates | Unenforceability Templates | CCA Query - Missing Prescribed Terms

And also send a copy of it with a cover letter, to HL Legal, saying

"Further to your letter of 6th September, please find attached my response to Sainsburys & CapQuests attempt at satisfying my s.77 request. Please cease, with immediate effect, your unlawful threats when you know full well this account is in dispute with not only the original creditor, but also your sister company CapQuest. If your continued abuse of process continues then I shall report you to the SRA and CapQuest to the OFT. Please speak to each other before trying to act clever - it does not do you any favours and I will use this abuse against you should you decide on court action.

Yours faithfully......"

Crappy1 is unenforceable - Sit tight and let us know when a DCA writes/hassles you regards this.

Silly question shall i send a full copy of the prescribed terms? also that paragraph added to the bottom? only reason im asking is that there is a simlair worded paragraph not sure which one to use.

Also ive had other compaines which have been calling me but not send me any cca out.
