If you sent the letter stated , I would just wait and see what they do next. I dont think any card provider ever admits to unenforcability.

It may well now go quite until the debt is past to another DCA and the whole circle will start again.

Good morning i have sent the final response letter as advised and i have received a reply stating that i quote"we note your comments regarding the unenforceability,or otherwise,of the agreement. We are not currently attempting to enforce the agreement and any decision on this matter can only be made by court".They have enclosed a copy of the oft guidance.
They go on to say the debt still remains due.
They end with "your letters seem to imply that you are refusing to pay in the belief that the agreement is unenforceable. Please can you confirm if this is the case."Any advice if i should reply or not?

                  Good morning,
today i have received a letter from experto stating this is a final demand, stating i have ignored all of there attempts to contact me.If i do not make contact they will be left with no alternative but to,
refer to doorstep agency, which will result in a agent calling,or they will refer the account to there legal partner to progress via litigation.
What do i do,any advise? Is it now time to agree to try to repay the debt as it is enforceable.
                  many thanks in advance twins2.

                        MBNA crdit card
                        Good morning,
today i have received a letter from Green & Co solicitors, they say they have been instructed by their clients Triton who are working for the Royal bank of scotland to make a formal demand for the outstanding balance owed. They have given me seven days to pay the outstanding amount or come to a arrangement.
They finish with "should our client not receive payment or acceptable proposals within seven days,it can only be assumed that you will not settle this matter on amicable and reasonable terms. We are then likely to be instructed to commence court proceedings against you on our clients behalf.
Any advise as now i am worried,
                        thanks in advance twins2.
