Hi all,
sorry i will include the credit card name in future in the post,fredricksons are working for capitol one.I have only sent the CCA`s to niddy a couple of days ago,what is confusing is when you get DCA`s and solicitors writing to me for the same account,it is like playing a game of ping pong ball,they bat the ball then i have to bat it back,

today have recived a letter from mbna thanking me for the missing terms letter,they say that they can confirm the cca thay have sent me does comply with the requirements of the consumer credit act,any advise on what to do next? thanks twins 2.

It's neither good nor bad news, it's just the process they go through. You'll probably get a letter back saying that Capital One disagree with what you say. Just post when you hear anything.

today i received a letter from mint they state they do not have to provide a copy of the original document,they state they only have to provide a true copy of the document plus the terms and conditions.
They go on to say quote,i must therefore inform you that we see no reason to enter into further correspondence with you about alleged cca breaches.If you are not satisfied with this response,you may seek whatever legal redress you consider is open to you.We do not consider this account to be in dispute and your indebtedness on this account remains due and payable and we will be pursuing for the full repayment.
They further advise me to seek advise from the citizens advise bureau.
What do i do now please?

sounds like a standard letter reply, If it was me, i would sit it out and wait to see what they send next, as its been deemed UE..........

It May have crossed paths with your letter that you may have sent to Triton ref: 'threat of door step - threat letter' ?

23/8/2012 letter received today from triton stating this is a notice of legal proceedings,they are treatening they may take me to court etc etc if i do not make contact with payment details.Should i reply if so with what?

They say - They will - is 2 different meanings (this means they threat when it says 'may')
