How long ago did you send your CCA request?

Did you get a reply from Niddy about the other agreement? Can't see anything on here...

Experto are usually the agents for Varde and act on their behalf.

If they are dealing with an alledged debt and get no where, sometimes passes to Aktiv.

thanks for the quick reply, it now makes sense that experto are now dealing with my MBNA account,i have sent them a harresment by phone letter,do i wait to here from them in writing before i send the missing terms letter,

I wouldn't wait to hear from them, in fact I have on occasion sent two letters in the same envelope. I would just send them the letter I2D linked above.

i have recived the cca back from mint which i have sent to niddy today.
Triton have sent me a letter stating they have complied with the request for the cca,they now want me to send a up to date financial statment,with proof of income/list of outgoings and balances of all my debts.
this is to be provided by 14 days.
Any advice on what i should do while i wait for the cca to be checked,
