Mrs Dopey. If a DCA rejects the fee are they off the hook? AIC have always sent back my postal orders and tell me to write to the OC not them. I obviously send back the "You're Wrong About That" template letter and then it goes silent until the next DCA picks up the baton

I phoned back one of those mobile numbers and got a girl called Victoria. So I gave out the number on a live radio show I was doing the following week and asked all the listeners to ring her at odd hours

Ok, don't speak to them on the phone and let us know if anything comes back, anything at all.

other than that, just sit back and relax a bit!!!

just wait, while they haven't replied they are in default of your request and the account is deemed unenforceable until they produce the correct paperwork (if ever....)

    Have you stopped paying?

send this back to DLC ---> Our Templates | Unenforceability Templates | CCA Reminder - Unenforceability Threat

It's up to them to go back to the Original Creditor and ask about your claim.....
