Hi. Still haven't received copy of cca or priority application as they previously sent as my cca despite 2 registered letters and 1 pound postal orders sent jan and feb 15. Today I've received final notice stating final opportunity to pay the 4k in full or discuss settlement by instalments or lump sum. What do you think ?Comment

They have not dealt with your request for your CCA, so I would ignore the letter for now and see what comes next,
they may send another letter saying we are "here to help", or they could pass it on to a debt collection agent,

Who did you send the cca request to and who is writing to you?I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website. I am extremely busy so if you do contact me or need a reply to a forum post then use the email or PM features offered because I do miss things and get tied up for days at a time!
