Re: HELP! disabled with so much debt
No Jillyiant, just use the template. There is only an implied license to visit your home or premises uninvited under Common Law. The only people that have a "right" to visit are the postman delivering mail or a lost traveller asking for directions. That can be revoked simply in writing. If they do attempt to then visit, the first time it is a civil matter of trespass, the second time it is aggravated trespass and you call the police, telling them that you have an uninvited trespasser at the door demanding money with menaces. Tell them to remove themselves from your property forthwith or the police will be called.
Don't fret these are just scare tactics.

Just to add we HAVE NOT received a cca from them and have sent receipts etc so they cant say they havent got our request.
could go to top of page into templates and send Doorstep letter for your own peace of mind, anyway if anybody did turn up tell them to close the gate on the way out or the Police will be called. but those cards are freighteners by sick DCA etc.Last edited by The Tech Clerk; 19 July 2013, 08:51.

Re: HELP! disabled with so much debt
Ok
for Cougar you should send a one liner referring them to your CCA request
just something like
Dear Sirs
Thank you for your letter of blah, can I refer you to my letter of (CCA date) which has been acknowledged by your office on (DATE).
