[barclaycard \egg] account so in response to my 2nd letter regarding the missing PTs signature, barclaycard sent me exactly the same terms and conditions as before and there is still no page with a signature on it ,as egg was an internet bank account would they have still to send me the credit agreement and T&Cs to sign.?
should i send these lastest papers to niddy ?i have just checked in the secure section and they are the same that they sent in january of this year ,i recall niddy sayinfg that EGG was difficult to fight so im wondering what my next step will be .??

I got a letter from wescot when I sent a ue CCA Received letter for one of my accounts that said, "their client had sent me my CCA and if I thought it was UE would I let then know why, as their clients legal office do not have a clue"
so how do they know what they sent? for them to then claim my CCA was enforceable? muppets

Barclaycard will always insist that they have an enforceable CCA. Load of B--locks. Missing prescribed terms unexecuted agreement application form received etc. Got to be one of the worst. I would follow the advice from Mrs D.

ok got this back from wescot there saying what they sent is correct ,niddy says there is no signed agreement so therefore its UE .they say what i got in january was complete ,whats the next move original cca in post 195

it's a merged mailshot, however, I'm a big believer in reminding them you are waiting for them to reply to your letter, so I'd do a one liner referring them to you previous missing PTs.
