even if Niddy says it's EN, doesn't necessarily mean that they know its EN. It's always worth a blag, so if you haven't sent the sold in dispute to whatever mob has it, send that, if you have and they've come back with this CCA, send the missing prescribed terms

the letter in post 88 and 97 is the egg card which niddy says is EN is there any point in sending the missing pts letter or sold in dispute ????? i understand that if i offer a payment then i am acknowloging the debt and am stuffed as enforcer says but do i have any options, dont want a ccj .

the letter in post 100 is for the 2nd barclaycard account

I would do as Mrs D says. Please do not enter into any arrangement to pay them. If you do, you are stuffed. Follow the advice you are given on this forum.

not to worry , it's just a formal template sent out because they have to, they issued a default you didn't pay up, they have to tell you they will register it with the CRAs

i also got this from barclaycard on one of my other accounts not the egg one.niddy said this was a recon so sent missing pts got this back,plus they have been sending monthly statements.

so have you got any advice on what to do i havent sent thre missing PTs letter as niddy said it was EN

i am going to make an offer of payment to the egg/barclaycard account as niddy says this is enforceable ,i have recieved a letter off mk rapid saying final notice before litigation im going to offer £5.00 pm is there a template i can use for this ,or shall i just use the £1.00 pm one .????
