What was the date on the Default Notice Davidm?
And what are they on about that you've asked for docs under pre-action conduct? Have you at some stage sent them the response to a Letter Before Action template? (Ie this one:

personally I'd send off a new CCA, just to set them off through a few new hoops.

Barclaycard don't appear to have any paperwork and these eejits are determined to ignore that, see what Niddy says

got these from mkdp regarding my original barclaycard ,as far a i can see the last letter i recieved from them was the first one in the list from jan threatening legal action ,niddy said it was a recon and UE so i sent a missing PTs letter and i have just recieved this back this week took them a while to respond ,so im wondering what the next step is if any .why they have sent a copy of the default notice is anyones guess.

ok I would send a new CCA to MKRR include a postal order and use this, don't mess around with the wording

Send to Westcott. Barclaycard have not complied with your cca request, they may have sent all that they have, but it does not comply with regs.

wescot sent a letter yesterday saying they were retruning the account to barclaycard ,this is my egg account .

the cca was direct from barclaycard but the dca is wescott who do i send the letter to ??

Something going on at Barclays! I have now had exactly the same set of UE documents sent to me 3 times, they obviously do not want to correspond on UE accounts. Now missed 8 months payments, the phone calls stopped months ago, but, no default notice.
Changed their policies recently?
