I think that is just a mailshot, unless you want to send the doorstep letter so that they don't turn up on the doorstep.

mostly they don't and there is nothing to stop you just ignoring them if they do...........

got this letter from mercers this is my original barclaycard visa .have posted the cca info in secure content section just waiting for niddy to have a look

Don't send MKRR anything, let them deal with the current issue first. Try and keep things separate, for example call one an egg card and the other a barclaycard, which is what they are anyway.

i have nade a bit of a boo boo the account that MK rr have is not my egg card but my original barclaycard its mercers who have the egg barc account

i have made a bit of a boo boo its mercers who have my egg bc account and mk who have my original bc visa account so have posted my cca response etc in secure for niddy to see, i should have done seperate threads for each account would have made things easier sorry if i confused anyone

If Niddy says it's EN then as previously advised, you may have to blag it for now.

My 'defence' was that no documents were supplied, it was very basic but worked for me (so far).

I thought it was MK that were currently chasing for this debt?

Have had a quick scan through your thread, the only thing I would say is that if MK are involved , beware as they do issue claims through the bulk centre like confetti!

I had one in which I submitted a defence and heard nothing more.

My OH had one as well but Paul took this one on for me and scared them off very successfully.

OC on both were Barclaycard.

well sent the missing PTs letter so will see what i get back,its not that its MK involved, niddys says because i applied on the internet the account is EN ,what did you use as your defence ???
and who is PAUL ??

even if Niddy says it's EN, doesn't necessarily mean that they know its EN. It's always worth a blag, so if you haven't sent the sold in dispute to whatever mob has it, send that, if you have and they've come back with this CCA, send the missing prescribed terms

ok MRSD will send that tomorrow, already done the cca and niddys seen it.
