Oh and by the way, never got to the bottom of it all in our dealings but I think CSL are in fact Barclaycard anyway, their last gasp with us before putting us on the DCA circus list. Barclaycard do very little of their own dirty work, always handing it on to some other menace to society.

Unless there has been a change in the Common Law in the last 12 months then they cannot come on to your property, unless you invite them to do so. It is still a civil matter of trespass, however if they come a second time it becomes aggravated trespass and the police should be called. As far as I know it remains that only the postman or a traveller needing directions may come onto your property uninvited. I was advised a long time ago that I was perfectly within my legal rights to hose the health hazard down when he or she called but was not allowed to use a pressure washer on them. A hose is always connected adjacent to our front door. Seriously, CSL tried this one on with us and we just told them to go and do a turn on a bollard on the M25 at rush hour or words to that effect.

Well! Don't know what to say to this one. Perhaps, write to say that if they wish to give you a time and date, you will personally tell their representative to piss off! If he does not you WILL call the police and report him for trespass.

I would send Sold in Dispute and add the doorstep harrasment as an extra paragraph at the bottom.
