Indeed, edit that to suit but don't remove the key points, just edit the actual bits that doesn't involve you.

They are also dealing with my unenforceable agreement. Letter says MAY! see what happens next. Purchased a load of crap off Barclaycard, looking for the "easy" pickings.

Just to add after checking my file.

A final notice was received in Sept 2011 from MK, then a Notice of intended Legal Action in Oct 2011 from Chilvers Strachan.

Then nothing until July 12 when a claim was issued.

So I guess you have a little time to prepare!

MKDP/MKDR and Keynes are, I believe all the same people.

Whilst I'm not up to date with your thread, I would beware of MK, they issue claims like confetti!

Both myself and husband had claims from them, I submitted a defence and have heard nothing since!

My husband's was dealt with by Paul (prev preferred solicitor on here) and still around. He saw them off very quickly and they discontinued.

They rely on people not being aware of how to defend and end up getting judgements by default.

if so pop this off http://www.all-about-debt.co.uk/old/...escribed-terms
Niddy said if there is no signed agreement then it remains UE
