  • Fred Basset v Cabot

I have 2 accounts with this shower of shits, both of which are by arrangement and underpinned by a Tomlin Order. I'm sure if I had found this site earlier I could probably have contested both, but that is by the by.

Anyway, I just want to check that a Tomlin order can not be altered in anyway. Cabot have taken to sending me text messages and ringing me to "review" these accounts. I have told them to go forth and multiply, but I just want to check that I am correct in that there is nothing they can do to get me to increase the payments.

    Cheers.

    Fred

It can be altered by consent, yes

But if you don't consent then they can't alter it. Just ensure that you keep to the terms of the Order

Well I definitely won't consent. I can't stand these bastards so I'll use this to wind them up. The people contacting me clearly don't realise there's a Tomlin order.

So have some fun and write back saying "thanks for your kind offer but I'm not interested"

          literally just say no.
