Hi, deadline is actually 28th for Acknowledgement of Service, but as that's a Saturday we have until Monday 2nd March.
So sorry about your loss and all the problems awaysskint, I was on your other thread about it and it's terrible how the bank has treated you.
With regard to this claim, I know you've got all that going on but we really don't want you to end up with a CCJ by default, so we need to put things in motion.
As soon as you get chance could you compete the claim details for us by clicking the link below and following the instructions.
