As far as I recall, yes.

FPC are the initials they use I think.

Yes I have Fredricksons chasing for Cap1, however Cap1 tell me that they have passed it to f.t.c.
I have written to Fredrickson telling them until I hear from Capital One that Fredricksons are their managing agent, I do not intend to respond to any letters they send.
