    Such a shame this is Scotland only.

    Could do with it being utilised here in England atm
    I am an IT Professional with a Background in most Microsoft Based Technologies. Currently Proud to Work at one of the Leading UK Universities. I have that Mentality of "If I can provide Useful Input - then I will Try my best to do so"

      I agree. But only for social housing because it would be unfair to private landlords who have to put food on the table like everyone else

      Make the councils and the fat cat housing associations be more tolerant with rent arrears though
