    2020
January - Letter received from NatWest to say the collection agent they are now using is Zinc as their previous ones (I assume AIC) couldn't come to a suitable arrangement. I have been sent the same letter for all my 7 accounts! None are active, most were savings accounts and only 3 are on my credit report.
February - Received letter from Zinc balance of £5667.01 (OD & Loan combined). 'Time is running out' letter
July - received letter to say their collection agents haven't been able to come to a suitable arrangement so my details have been passed to Moorcroft.

November - Discount offer letter received from Moorcroft.

    2021
December - Marked as default/ended on credit report with a balance of £0. Has this been sold on?

    2022
August - OD has been sold so debt is only for the loan. Now just gone into 5 years since default.
Should I be expecting some activity on this account now it's in it's 5th year?

Yes so I didn't learn from my mistakes at this point I was paying them £1 to get them off my back. Each month I'd pay Conexus then receive an email from UB saying I wasn't paying. I then decided to stop paying all together.

I still have access to the UB site and have requested A Statement Of My Account (SOMA) to get more details. I can request a SAR from the site if I want to.

    2020
Nov - Email letter received 'urgent action required' We have now assigned your account to our doorstep field rep. OUr doorstep departments will notify you of our intended visit by letter.

    Should I cca conexus?

October - I got documents back from a CCA request sent 01/10/2021. I don't see anything from a request in 2020, if I even sent it. I think I sent the 2021 request due to getting 'doorstep' letters. Since then I have been getting 'contactus' emails and text message, along with 'doorstep' threats. I've never had anyone come to the door. I've just been ignoring them. It's not on my report

    Cabot/BPO/Aqua
    Opened: 03 Sept 2014
    Type: Credit card
    Current Balance: £175
    Last payment: £5.00 | June 2022
    Last full payment: 2019
    Arrangement: Not paying
    Status: Defaulted December 2019
    2022

June Letter from BPO to say that Cabot has asked them to contact me about a settlement offer. A discount of £44.85 (what a joke).
Are BPO collecting for Cabot or something? Cabot have another account of mine worth £630 but it hasn't been sent to BPO. I'm not going to do anything, I was paying each £5 a month but have stopped this month to wait on getting very low F&F offers down the line.

After six years, the defaulted debt will be removed from your credit file, even if you haven't finished paying it off.
I don't have a default date just delinquent being reported every month. CAG said those accounts go after 7 years, I just wanted to check.
