I was sent an email from BPO Collections yesterday (on behalf of Virgin Media), dated 25th Dec and received at 9:09am. Are they allowed to do that on Christmas Day!? Seems very underhand to me!...

Just had a interesting little piece if information about PPI refunds, you may all know this but I was unaware.

It appears that you should declare the additional interest on the compensation at 8% that is paid on top of the refund of payments and interest to HMRC.

I just had a spam email that was from "quikquid", now if I was a spammer surely people with pay day loans arn't going to have any money to nick, so why do they bother
