OK so we live on a cul de sac and our top of the T part of the cul de sac has no street lighting or road marks...we live at the end of the T top... it's basically made up of our drives and an asphalt road leading to them.

This morning someone parked opposite my neighbours drive on the grass...

I'm on the warpath with junk mail leafleters. I'm very territorial about my private land at the best of times (get orf moi land!) and it adds insult to injury when these pricks ignore polite notices not to push their unwanted wares through my letterbox.

They have no respect for the wishes...

My daughter got a parking ticket this week from a private-sounding outfit called Parking Control Management UK Ltd but as it's not been issued by the police or the council, does anyone know how legit it is? £60 if paid within 14 days; £100 after that.
