Its a group on facebook helping people with their debts and they use the CA3 , i have no idea what it is does anyone else know ?

Great news today.. MBNA left with their tail between their legs. Case dismissed.

It took three hearings and ended up with a 2 hour narrative Judgement.

I could not have done it without all the help given here on this site.

This is an MBNA debt. They originally went CCBC. I did a CPR31.14 request.. response Appn form, Current T&C and 3 statements. I asked for lawful contract, validation of debt and Deed of Assignment.
