Natwest current account charges
Hi guys. Need some advice. My mothers natwest account basically she keeps getting charged for not having enough funds. The trouble is they never send her a statement on time to tell her what the account charges are for the overdraft usage until it's too late. So she's always having to guess what it...

Default removed, but then...
My OC has removed a CRA entry dating back to 2008 as they admit it was sent to the wrong address. This has been on my file for 4.5 years.
They have also said they have bought the account back from a DCA to do this, and will issue a new default if I do not settle with them.
The question...

Santander keep charging unauthorised overdraft.
Thoughts on this guys.
Santander, keep charging for unauthorised overdraft every month, and every month i have to keep telephoning them to get it reversed.
At no point have i ever gone over the agreed overdraft.
I have never taken money out past my overdraft...

HSBC and OD's
I was wondering if I could have your thoughts on this which happened to me a couple of years ago.
I had a HSBC joint premier account with a £12K OD and also my wife had premier charge card with about £10K on it, I was being a bit naughty and I was recycling money for one to the other...

Am I being Harsh on the FOS?
I have a dispute with the Bank of Scotland aka Halifax t/a Marbles.
Complaint relates to Arrangement to Pay markers (APs) dated Jan/Feb 2010 on my Equifax credit file and marked as March-May 2010 on my Experian credit files.

I have finally received some of my sar from the bank about an old account to which I am paying to a dca.the statements show well over 50 charges of £35.00 on the account.can you still make claims going back to 2004 or am i too late.
