Ok,
When I first got in trouble, I cancelled all dd's and changed banks, as I have 3 debts with them.
I had a £200 o/d facility with them, which was in fact at -£200.

I am trying to help my friends son out with a llyods overdraft account he has.
He has a £1400 overdraft limit and it has reached its limit but he does not have enough money to make much payments and the interest & charges have made the balance at present approx £1500.

Debit Card Payments Question
Wonder if anyone can answer this:
Normally when you make a debit card payment online, although the money doesn't go out of your account immediately, it is normally 'set aside' by the bank/ building society and taken from your available balance whilst they await the company to come forward...

Annual Statements of Account?
Are all DCas, lenders etc supposed to supply a statement of account every year? A battle I have yet to start has my OH paying £20 pcm to RMA who haven't had any contact with us for about 3 years.
