Duplicated monthly entries on CRA?
After almost 6 years helping a friend see off at least 8 creditors there's now light at the end of the tunnel. Natwest - loan and overdraft
Dear All,
I've a Natwest overdraft and Natwest Loan that I am trying to update the default dates on because the overdraft I believe is about 2 years later than it should be and the loan is yet to be registered as defaulted and shows about 5 years worth of late payments markers.

Making an offer on a CCJ
I stupidly ended up with a CCJ for an AA Loan - I had court papers before I had found this place and I didn't dispute the debt (although I think now it probably wasn't enforceable reading other peoples cases on here.....)
I have agreed to pay it back at £10 a month - the outstanding...
