So here goes. I got into debt crisis in 2007 and since then have been through a DMP but am now at the stage of paying off some debts (CCJs, council tax arrears, other credit cards) with the aim of getting life back on track.

I have two creidit cards that were with MBNA and since been passed to a Experto Credite and the other was HBOS since passed to Iqor.

The two to Experto Credite have still to be responded too although they sent a letter stating they did not receive the £1 cheque that was in the envelope...

you kindly advised me some time ago about a MBNA cca, you advised that it was not enforcable because of the lack of a signature from MBNA, cca only had an ink stamp where signature should be.

I havnt heard anything from the DC for months but have now hada letter saying that...

A brief summary of what's happened to me, ran short of work last year & wrote to all creditors who did bu**er all to help me. I then discovered UE & shortly after i found Niddy. Things couldn't have got any worse then ;LOL nah only kidding Niddy mate can't...

Bought across tidily and looks like it sort of makes sense. Will add to it as and when something happens.
