I started my journey in July 2010 and my debt was with CCS debt collection agency.
NO CCA has ever been sent to me
Debt was passed back to OC in March 2011
April 2011 passed...

New here this site was reccomended to me on another site as apprently there is someone lurking around here that knows the CCA procedures pretty well so here goes......

1994 - took out CC with LTSB
2004 - cut up said CC with an outstanding balance on it also secondary...

I have just been looking back at my credit card statement files and see that this week is exactly one year since I last used a credit card. (not that I could start using one again, and certainly not anytime soon that's for sure ! )

DH recevied a letter today from BLS, bit of background we have 2 UE's with Lloyds tsb and this letter wa reference to a loan (it was a consolidation / new loan)
