I have a Natwest an overdraft debt that is being collected by Triton Credit Services.

Defaulted amount is £3292 was passed to Triton June/July 2009 which included £628 of interest and...

I know in Canada we aren't allowed to be called before a certain time in the morning and after a certain time at night.

Is it the same for the UK- and if so what are those times?

Just an update for you. I have three debts with LTSB. One unsecured loan that is post April 2007 and another UL and Credt Card that were before 2007. CCA'd all the accounts as per Niddy's excellent templates earlier this year and have been issued with Defaults on all the accounts....
