Expert witnesses accused of 'industrial scale perjury'

Some 20,000 court cases may have to be re-heard and seven expert witnesses could be jailed over allegations they lied in court about hire car prices.......

I am not going UE but on a DMP with Payplan, however I have manged to get 3 F and Fs since starting 15 months ago and am down from £54k to £32k in overall debt. The 3 that played ball were MBNA x2 (both dealt at 37%), negotiated by letter and phone and Opus (dealt at 20%) which was my in initial offer!...
