Just pondering; is your Statute Barred date 6 years plus 1 month from last payment or 6 years from default date? I think I know its last payment and add a month to be safe.

Egg Loan Taken Over by ME III
I have an old Egg lloan, 10 years old now. Defaulted in 2006. Had a Default sat on my CRFs for 6 years which then came off. A company called Arrow Global SARL then owned the loan and I recently got a letter from them saying it had been sold to ME III.
