Picture message on mobile

    Picture message on mobile

    Hi all

    I've been sent a picture message on my mobile phone.

    When i try to retrieve it says 'Retrieving failed Network unavailable'

    It's a PAYG phone.

    Any ideas?

    is it a Samsung....?

          Do a google search for the error and you'll see
