  • Back Up

    Greetings All,

I am wanting to back up all my files, so that I can upgrade my operating system to win 7.

What is the best free back up program to use to do this as I am told windows back up on vista is not all that good and win 7 may not detect all the files.

    Regards

      Re: Back Up

depends on what you need to back up?

if its user files like for example firefox settings then i do it all manually

but i use teracopy to speed up windows file copy service as its really slow

some good bargains can also be found @ Play.com as well as @ Ebuyer.com

i was looking the other day for a 500GB EX=HDD to store my photos, as a back up from my EX-HDD 1TB, but was looking for something more slimmer and sleak to pop into the camera bag when on the move -

            Good luck PF

Steve moans at me all the time cos I'm a bugger for just wiping files that we later find out are needed somewhere totally obscure that's never noticed - until someone needs it - ask Rizzle...
