I am very shamefacedly updating this thread. After losing around 14lb for the beginning of the summer I've weighed myself this week and I now need to lose 21lb
I really must be strict with myself and stop nibbling in the evenings

I'm very very slowly losing weight, but reached another plateau
. 4lbs and I'll be at the weight I was 3 years ago and the point from which I want to lose weight. I found starting work made me gain weight - access to biscuits and sitting down were bad for me.
