Little update here....No weight loss and no gain.....

But I did go shopping yesterday for some trousers and got into a size 32 waist

First time in 12 years......

OH has been at home for a few weeks and that always results in weight gain!

I forgot to post yesterday, I've lost 1lb Pixie I know.....I don't know how that happened either!!

Well done, it have put it on for you! Decided it's time to actually lose weight.

Never mind Cym, I was the same...kept saying that I must lose the weight I put back on but without actually doing anything about it so I'm back on my diet again.

I want to lose it before the nice weather comes... but it's hard...too many birthdays... and too little willpower...and then it's going to be Mother's Day. I'll have to tell them not to buy me chocolates
