  • Update on bedroom tax

Again at the 11th hour IDS has finally seen sense although disappointed it does not include the disabled community.

If he did, the details required to identify the appropriate disabilities would take 1000 years. Until ATOS employs people with integrity who have the training and the experience to correctly identify disability we are backing a private company aiming to make a profit by meeting ill-conceived government targets.

For example does a blind person need an extra room for a registered dog, MS and MN sufferers may need a hoist and but doe they require separate bedrooms for their partner and another for their wheelchair and physio stuff? Can you have a bedroom for a nanny or a carer if you are disabled? Can someone who is obese only through sloth and greed be provided with an extra room for the motorised scooter they use because they cannot be bothered to walk and another to store their snacks in? So many questions, IDS will be really busy won't he?

Perhaps there will be further thought over the next few months.

The only comment I could make is that they are scum. They keep their boot on folks necks while sticking their heads in the trough
