What a sad, terrible, and tragic waste of a life over a payday loan.
Although the loan company may have been 'operating legally', we have all seen the campaigns of harassment that they conduct on debtors, and, even if this was not the case in this instance, how the hell can ANY payday loan company justify its 'affordability assessments' by giving a loan with APR in the thousands.
My thoughts go out to this young mans family, god only knows what they are going through right now.
