Hi Cymruambyth, life has been up and down. I no longer work full time, I lost one of my jobs and have not found anything to replace it. Long story. I should have finished paying two of my PDLs next month, which is a relief. Hope you and Pixie are well. I tried logging on earlier, but kept on getting a message saying the server was too busy.

Yes, stranger long time no see , it says the previous assigned owner was Speedloan.

Received letter from MMF Debt recovery specialists dated 22nd July 2016

    Hope you are all well,

Just received this in the post this morning from MMF debt recovery specialists, if you can recall Speedloan rejected my offer in 2013, they enclosed a financial assessment form, and a payment mandate form.

    Original creditor: Speedloan finance limited
Previous assigned owner: Speedloan finance limited
    current outstanding balance £1,120

Unfortunately despite our efforts to contact you we have been unable to do so. It is still our intention to set the correct plan with you to clear this amount based on your circumstances, all we ask is that you pay what you can afford. For example we have many customers paying as little as £5 per month. You can set up a payment plan by calling us on 01138876876, by emailing us at customerservice@mmile.com or returning the direct debit/standing order mandate on the reverse of this letter. If you are experiencing financial difficulties we have a team of specialist agents who are equipped to understand and deal with your situation. Alternatively free debt advice is available which provided confidential and and impartial advice from one of the organisations listed on the back of this letter.

Oh yes isn't it funny - send them another email stating that you haven't had a response to your rmail of the 26th. Tell them you will give them 28 days to respond to your complaint, then if you have no further response you will take your complaint to the FOS.
