    Had my yearly renwal in post today, happy that I can see the payments have come down, not by a huge amount but still good, but I made a claim on washing machine earlier this year.........and expected it to rise?? (glad it hasnt of course but wonder why)? lol

      Insurance companies and their premiums appear to depend on the weather and the phase of the moon
